Welcome to Voyager Village where we are surrounded by beautiful woodlands, wetlands, lakes and golf courses in Northwest Danbury, Wisconsin. When purchasing in Voyager, you share ownership in the community and are granted access to year-round recreational activities for people of all ages. Voyager Village charges an annual assessment of $1360 (granting access to shared amenities)

The Treasure Island addition is one of the subdivisions closest to the Club House (roughly 2 miles or less!). Bordering the golf course property on one side and the lakes of Loon and Cadotte on the other, this is a fantastic location! Steps to a variety of trails within the addition, or a short walk to the centrally located amenities (Fitness center, courts, golf, etc). The lots available have generally flat topography with mature trees, making them great building sites! Treasure Island drive lots are also located on a cul de sac!

Navigating to Treasure Island from the Club House:

  • Head southwest on Kilkare Rd toward Meadow Green Trail Way
  • Continue Straight onto Voyager Rd
  • Turn Right onto Treasure Island Rd
  • Turn right to stay on Treasure Island Rd and enter the Treasure Island Addition (at Treasure Island Rd and Deer Lodge Drive, including Treasure Island Ter, Treasure Island Ct, Treasure Island Drive, Treasure Island Trailway)

Available lots are zoned as 'Residential' - meaning Camping is prohibited, and home owner must build home/cabin- there is no time frame on when structure shall be commenced. Bring your builder and design your dream home or cabin!
