Within Deer Path you’ll be close to Culbertson Lake and N Lang Lake and is easily accessed from main roadways of Mail Rd or Loon Creek Trail (roughly 4-6 miles from the Club House depending on actual location). Lots available within Deerpath would make great building sites with generally flat topography, mature trees and zoned as a residential, meaning camping is prohibited, and home owner must build home/cabin- there is no time frame on when structure shall be commenced.
