The Bent Tree subdivision is located roughly 2 miles from the Club House and pretty centrailly located near the lakes of Birch Island, Bonner. Shoal and Cadotte. This location gives easy access to many of the amenities (lakes, beaches, golf course, fitness center, indoor pool, courts, etc).

Lots in Bent Tree are zoned residential, meaning camping is prohibited, and home owner must build home/cabin - there is no time frame on when structure shall be commenced. Bring your own builder and design your dream home or cabin!

• Navigating to Bent Tree: Head southwest on Kilkare Rd toward Meadow Green Trailway Stay on Kilkare Rd then turn right on Voyager Rd Turn Left onto Chalet Rd to enter Bent Tree subdivision which includes Bent Tree Court, Mitchell Rd, Bent Tree Way, Bent Tree Pass, and a portion of Great Bear Trailway off of Chalet Rd
